實在好好味！

老火湯

久未露面，現送上老火湯給大家！

等了兩個多三個月，在適當的時候，我的電飯煲及真空煲終於在環遊世界後到達意大利。

湯痴的我，在意大利弄了第一次的老火湯，而且第一次用真空煲！樣子及顔色不大吸引，沒法子，老火湯通常是這樣吧。中間大大舊的是雪耳，內裡還有縲片及南北杏等。

我買了一只新鮮雞，都幾大只，所以分了四份，那麼，我還可以煲多三次老火湯呢！

但不知為何，剛才飲了少許後，發覺份量都幾重，現在心跳好像快了一點點。。。

basilico「番生」？

莫非 basilico 「番生」？
非也非也，只因幾天前放了點新種籽，而且茁壯成長！生長速度之快，實在令人鼓舞！

Basilico e Prezzemolo

第二次在香港種，上次不成功，希望今次成功吧！
但看來，我都是做藝術好了，免得弄死植物後對不起它們．．．
Basilico的生長速度很快，只是第三天，已有細細的小葉了。左邊的prezzemolo還未有動靜。
Menta會否更快呢？
















第五天，basilico已經長高了很多！希望它們能努力生存下去吧！
















第七天，幾時可以用來煮食呢？！
















第九天，看到左邊prezzemolo的幼芽嗎？？！！

第十一天，為何basilico愈生愈少．．．幸好prezzemolo有點像樣，
希望它的命運不一樣吧！
有沒有朋友能告訴我basilico出了什麼問題？

第十六天，看！basilico真的愈來愈少！！
我昨天放了一些新種籽在旁，不只道會不會再出新芽呢？
